Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have found that most returns can be avoided by proper measurement. We have a sizing chart throughout this site to guide you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you find just the right size for your pet.

If you receive your order and are dissatisfied, please contact us via email us within 7 days from delivery and we will be happy to assist you. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, etc.

Piccolo Designer Dogwear will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY. Merchandise credit will expire 1 year from date of purchase.  We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges, no exceptions.

Please double check sizing and measurements. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. As human are, not all human or dogs are created equally.  It is best to contact us in advance to find out if the item you wish to purchase is eligible for exchange/return.
 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please note the following guidelines when requesting an exchange or merchandise credit:

1. Contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your item, including order number, date of purchase, item number, and reasons of the return. Please indicate if you wish to exchange for another item, or size, or if you would like a store credit. 

    

2. Upon receipt of your email, we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. DO NOT ship items back to us without RMA number. Our email includes RMA number, return address to our receiving department, return instruction, we will ask you to package your unused item carefully back into its original packaging, including tags, instructions, boxes, etc. We strongly recommend that you use the courier with tracking ability (e.g. UPS or Fed-Ex). Piccolo Designer Dogwear will not responsible loss and damage of the return parcel.

    

3. For Return and exchange items, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement item). Piccolo Designer Dogwear must receive return item within 15 days from the date of RMA number issued to you. RMA number void after the 15^th day and no return will accept.

    

4. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in original packaging, we will either exchange or issue a store credit. An email will be sent to you upon receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or missing tags, boxes, etc.


    

5. If you receive an item that is damaged or wrong, please contact us within 48 hours. Include order number, date, item number and brief describe of the defective merchandise (photo always help).

    

6. For damaged or wrong items, Piccolo Designer Dogwear will pay for all shipping costs (both cost to ship back to us and cost to re-ship your replacement item). We will either exchange or issue a store credit after we exam and verify the damage goods. An email will be sent to you for your records. Piccolo Designer Dogwear must receive the return item within 15 days from the date of RMA number issued to you. RMA number void after the 15^th day and no return will accept.

    

7. If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us.

    

8. No returns or exchanges on Sale, Clearance, Personalized, Discontinued or “sale” items.

    

9. Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase. 

    

10. Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of order. If items have to be re-shipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs.
